How to Deposit Funds into Your Tradiso Account with FIAT Transfers

Tradiso is excited to introduce a new funding option that allows you to easily deposit funds into your account using FIAT bank transfers. This method simplifies the process of managing your investments, providing a convenient way to access your funds.

To deposit funds, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Tradiso Portal: https://my.tradiso.com/en/auth/sign-in

Step 2: On the left-hand side panel, go to Funds > Deposit.

Step 3: In the “To” field, your Tradiso Account Balance will be displayed.

Step 4: In the “Using currency” field, select "USD" from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: In the “Payment Method” field, select FIAT Deposit.

Step 6: Click “Send Request” to proceed.

Step 7: You will now see the FIAT bank wire transfer instructions on screen. Use these details to initiate a bank wire from your bank account.

Step 8: When making your FIAT bank wire transfer, be sure to include the following in the memo or reference field of your transaction:

The email address associated with your Tradiso account
Your full name (first and last)

⚠️ Omitting this information may delay the processing and allocation of your deposit.

Step 9: Once the transfer is complete, email support@tradiso.com with:

Your full name
The email linked to your Tradiso account
A copy of your bank wire transfer receipt

Important Reminders:

No transaction fees: Please note that Tradiso charges 0% fees for this service. We cover the banking fees for incoming funds to give traders more capital to trade, compound, and enhance their overall experience.
Processing time: 1–2 business days for deposits to be confirmed and credited to your account.
