How to Close/Archive Your Tradiso MT5 Account
If you've decided to close or archive your Tradiso account, you can do so easily by following these steps:
- Log in to your Tradiso dashboard.

Click on the ‘MT5’ icon located in the left-hand panel.

Click the ‘>’ icon on your Tradiso account (Payment, MT5 Standard, MT5 Pro Demo account, etc.) for the account number you wish to archive and click on it to reveal the account’s details.

Select the settings.

Before completely archiving the account, make sure to transfer any remaining funds (if applicable) by clicking the 'Transfer' button located at the upper right part of your dashboard.

Click the 'Archive' button to complete the process.
