How Do I Make a Withdrawal Request on Tradiso via FIAT?

Tradiso has partnered with Done.com to facilitate all FIAT deposit and withdrawal requests. Please follow the updated steps below to complete your transaction securely and efficiently.

Making a FIAT Deposit

Step 1: Log in to your Tradiso Portal: https://my.tradiso.com/en/auth/sign-in

Step 2: On the left-hand side panel, go to Funds > Deposit.

Step 3: In the “To” field, your Tradiso Account Balance will be displayed.

Step 4: In the “Using” field, select USD from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: In the “Payment Method” field, select FIAT Deposit.

Step 6: Click “Send Request” to proceed.

Step 7: A Payment Details section will appear. Click the FIAT Deposit link: https://www.done.com/partnership

Step 8: You will be redirected to Done.com’s page. Fill out their FIAT Deposit form to complete your request.

Making a FIAT Withdrawal

Step 1: Log in to your Tradiso Portal: https://my.tradiso.com/en/auth/sign-in

Step 2: On the left-hand side panel, go to Funds > Withdraw.

Step 3: In the “From” field, your Tradiso Account Balance will be displayed.

Step 4: In the “To” field, select USD from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: In the “Payment Method” field, select New FIAT Withdrawal.

Step 6: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “To Pay” field, or use the percentage selection tool.

• Your chosen amount will appear in the “To Get” field and in the Summary section.

  

Step 7: To begin your withdrawal request, click the link below and complete Done.com’s FIAT Withdrawal form: https://www.done.com/partnership

Step 8: You will then be redirected to this Done.com page, which you will need to complete in order to finalize your Withdrawal Request Process.
