How To Submit KYC Documentation to Pass Account Verification

Let's Begin!

Submitting your KYC (which stands for ‘Know Your Customer’) documentation - and having it approved by our backend team - will upgrade your account verification status from level 0 to level 1, which will grant you the ability to begin trading and have access to be able to make crypto withdrawals!

The KYC documentation that you are required to submit will be:

  • Proof of identity in a PDF file (ID card/Foreign passport)
  • Proof of residence in a PDF file (Utility bill/Bank statement/Official document from government). This document will need to be less than 3 months old.

1. Click the 'Profile' icon on the left-hand sidebar of the dashboard then select 'Verification'

2. On the 'Verification' page, click 'Upgrade' to begin uploading your documents.

3. On the 'Upgrade Level' page choose your ID type (National ID, Driver’s License, or Passport) and proof of residency type (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or Government Document) Drag and drop your document(s) or browse” to upload. Ensure the document is clear and in 'PDF FORMAT ONLY'.

  1. Click ‘Next’ to submit your KYC documentation for review.

Your KYC documentation will now be sent to our backend office, where a member of our team will review the validity of your submission and approve it if it meets Tradiso’s requirements!

If your verification submission has been rejected, an email will be sent out to you providing you with the reasons why, and directions on how to resubmit your KYC.
