Lot Sizes for Crypto Pairs on MT5: Guide to Effective Position Sizing

Since you are trading a CFD, The position sizing is still calculated in a “lot size” because that is how MT5 operations are executed. For instance, one lot is equal to one BTC when trading the BTCUSD pair. The contract sizes for each crypto are labeled under “details” when long pressing on a currency or crypto pair under the “quotes” tab on MT5.
