How to Configure Tradiso Two-Factor Authentication 2FA: Google Authenticator and SMS Options

• Start by logging into your Tradiso account using your username and password.

• After logging in, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

• From the dropdown menu, select "Security" to access your security settings.

  

• In the Security settings, find the Two-Factor Authentication section. Here, you’ll see options for Google Authenticator and Text Message (SMS).

  

• To enable Google Authenticator:

  • Click the toggle switch under Google Authenticator. It should move to the right, indicating that it is turned on.

    

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up Google Authenticator on your phone. This usually involves scanning a QR code with the Google Authenticator app.
  • Enter the code generated by the app to confirm the activation.
• To disable Google Authenticator:

  • Click the toggle switch under Google Authenticator. It should move to the left, indicating that it is turned off.

    

  • You may be prompted to enter a verification code to confirm disabling this option.

• To enable Text Message (SMS):

  • Click the toggle switch under Text Message (SMS). It should move to the right, indicating that it is turned on.

    

  • Enter your phone number if prompted, and follow any additional instructions to complete the setup.
• To disable Text Message (SMS):

  • Click the toggle switch under Text Message (SMS). It should move to the left, indicating that it is turned off.

    

  • You might need to confirm this action by entering a verification code sent to your phone.

• After making your selection, ensure that the options are enabled or disabled according to your preference. The toggle switch will indicate the current status.

• If you enabled a new form of two-factor authentication, log out and log back in to test that everything is working correctly.
