Change Your Password on Your Tradiso Account

Step 1: Login to Your Tradiso Dashboard

• Go to the Tradiso website.
• Use your username and password to log into your account.

• After logging in, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
• From the dropdown menu, select "Security" to access your security settings.

• Locate the Password section.

• Click the "Change Password" button to proceed.

  

• You will receive an email with a verification code to the email address registered on your account.
• The subject line will be "Tradiso | Password Reset." Open the email, retrieve the verification code, and return to the Tradiso dashboard.

Step 6: Enter the Verification Code

• In the Tradiso dashboard, enter the verification code you received via email in the designated field.

• After entering the code, you will be prompted to create a new password.
• Enter your new password and confirm it in the required fields.

• Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, submit the changes.
• A confirmation message should appear, indicating that your password has been successfully updated.

Reset Your Password on Your Tradiso Account

To assist you in recovering access to your account, please follow these steps:

1. Proceed to the Tradiso Login section.

2. Click "Forgot Password."

   

3. Enter your registered email address and press "Send."

   

Once you’ve completed these steps, please check your inbox and spam folder for a 'Tradiso | Password Reset' email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.
