How to Verify Your Expert Advisor (EA) is Running Smoothly on Tradiso MetaTrader 5 Platform

To verify that your EA is functioning correctly, check the following:
1. Expert Advisors Tab: 
  • Look for the EA in the Navigator panel under Expert Advisors. It should be listed and shown as active.
2. Chart Window: 
  • Ensure the EA is visible on the chart where you applied it. You should see its name in the upper-right corner of the chart if it’s running.
3. Live Trading: 
  • Confirm that the EA is executing trades or performing its designated tasks. Monitor the trading activity in the Trade tab and Experts tab of the Terminal window for any messages or alerts.
4. AutoTrading Button: 
  • Ensure the AutoTrading button (usually located on the top toolbar) is enabled. This allows the EA to perform automated trading based on its programming.
If you encounter any issues, review the EA’s settings and check for any error messages in the Experts tab of the Terminal window. Adjusting the EA settings or troubleshooting based on error messages can help resolve any problems and ensure optimal performance.
