What is the Estimated Time for Withdrawing Funds?
All withdrawal requests typically take 24 to 72 hours to process. Once you submit your request, our backend team will review and process it to ensure everything is in order. During this time, your request will display as ‘On Hold’ in your wallet while it undergoes review and approval.
Once your withdrawal is approved, you can check the status in the ‘Recent Transactions’ section on your Tradiso dashboard. You will also receive two confirmation emails:
- Approval Notification: Informing you that your withdrawal has been approved.
- Transaction Details: Providing the full details of the completed transaction.
Important Notes:
- Processing times may vary depending on factors such as the volume of requests or additional security checks.
- Weekend Processing: Please note that withdrawals are not processed on weekends, but rest assured that your request will be handled as soon as business resumes.
